Surveyed at the request of John Litchfield one hundred acres of land situat and lying as follows towit, On the NE by the lands of Danl Miflin on the SE by the lands of William Lucus and Dublin Drummond on the SW by the lands of William L. Lucus late of [-----] and on the NW by the lands of Geo. Bagwill lots of John Litchfield the above one hundred acres of land is the property of Francis Litchfield devised to him by the last will of Francis Litchfield Senr for the Courses Distances Plat and other Particulars below.
