NOTE: In the 1795/96 Procession Returns William Justice was listed in three Districts; District 6, District 9 Accomack Parish and District 10 Accomack Parish. These three districts border on each other, District 6 is to the east of District 9, being south of Guilford Creek and District 10, being north of Guilford Creek. In District 6 he was placed in Household 20. In District 9 he was placed in Household 41. In District 10 he was placed in Household 33.
