In the 1795/96 Procession Returns Richard Sparrow was listed in two Districts; District 9 Accomack Parish and District 10 Accomack Parish. These two districts border on each other, District 9 being south of Guilford Creek and District 10 being north of Guilford Creek. He was placed in Household 47 in District 9 and Household 31 in District 10.
