Know all men by these prsents That I Jones Richards of Somersett in the Province of Maryland planter Have made constituted appointed and ordained [-----] in and by these prsents Doe make nominate, constitute, appointe and ordaine and in my stead and place putt my true and well beloved trusty friend [-----] Daniel Neech in Northampton County in Virginia my true and lawfull attorney [-----] for for me and in my name to make over and comfirme in court & acknowledge for me the constituant and conveyance for three hundred acres if Land signed sealed and delivered by me the said Jones Rickards unto Jonathan Stott of the Said County of Northampton and that what [-----] my Said attorney Shall Act or doe in the same for the said confirmeinge of the Said three hundred acres of land contained Conveyance Sold by me in the Said Jones Rickards Shall hold for frime and Stubbe as if my Selfe were presonally prsent.
