THIS INDENTURE made this second day of August In the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred & twenty Between Phillip Parker of Accomack county in ye. Colony of Virga: Cooper of ye. one part and Elias Bell of ye. sd. County Tanner of ye. other part witnesseth that I the sd. Phillip Parker for divers Good Causes & valiable Consideration by me already Received have Granted Bargained Sold confirmed Enfeofied Alenated Assigned and delivered and doe by these presents Grant bargain sell Confirm Enfeoffe allien assigne and Deliver unto ye. sd. Elias Bell his heirs Exrs: admrs. and Assignes: one parcell of Land Containing one hundred Acres" Scituate Lying and being in Accomack in Virginia aforesd: bounded as followeth southerly on ye. Land of John Bakers deceased: Easterly on the Land of Richard Drummond northerwardly on ye. Land of Thomas Bell decd: formerly bought of Charlton Smith and Joseph Smith: westeardly on the Land of the sd. Elias Bell that he now Lives on ye. sd. one hundred Acres of Land being bought by me ye. sd. Phillip Parker of Thomas Smith as may more at Large appeare by A deed of saill from the said Thomas Smith: now upon Record: and Given unto the said Thomas Smith by ye. Last will and Testamt. of John Smith of Northampton County decd: TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said one hundred Acres of Land with all houses orchards Gardens fences woods under woods with all waters with all priveledges of fishing fouling and hunting & all other Profits and Considerations whatsoever thereunto belonging unto the sd. Elias Bell his heirs Exrs. Admrs. & Assignes against ye. Claime of me ye. said Phillip Parker my heirs Executors admrs: or Assignes for ever Warranting unto the said Elias Bell his heris Executors. Admrs: & Assignes" quiett & peaclble possession of the said one hundred acres of land & all other appertenances thereynto belonging against ye. Claime Trouble or molestation of me my heris Executors. admrs. or Assignes soe yt. nither I my heirs Executors nor Admrs: nor any of us at any time or times hereafter shall ask Challeng Claime or demand in or to the premises afsd: or any part or parcell thereof any Right title use Interest Claime or possession thereof: but all actions of right title use Interest Claime & demand thereof: wee & Every of us to be utterly Excluded & for Ever debared by these presents further I the said Phillip Parker do Covenant and agree to and with ye. said Elais Bell his heirs Executors admrs. and Assignes: that I am now Rightfully and Lawfully Possessed and seized of the above sd. one hundred Acres of Land and that I have full Power and Authority to sell & dispense of the same In witness whereof I the said Phillip Parker doe hereunto sett my hand and seall the day and year above written

Elias Bell his heris Executors Admrs. or Assignes as Witness my hand and seall this second ay of August In ye. year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred & twenty.
