This Deed made the eighth day of August one thousand eight hundred and three between Sarah Milliner of the County of Accomack of the one part and George Warner of the same county of the other part Witnesseth that the said Sarah for and in consideration of one hundred and two Dollars to her in hand paid, by the said George Warner at and before the ensealing and delivery hereof, the receipt of which in hereby acknowledged, hath granted bargained and sold, and by these presents doth grant bargain and sell unto the said George Warner and his heirs and assigns forever one undivided fifth part of that messuage and tract of land whereof Southy Milliner died seized lying on Metopkin in the County aforesaid, adjoining the lands of John A. Bundick and bounded thereby on the South, by the lands of John Moore on the East, the heirs of Selby Simpson on the north, and the road leading to Poulsons Mill on the West. The said tract of land containing in the whole twenty eight acres be it more or less, with the reversion and remainder, and remainders, rents, issues and profits and all and singular the rights members, priviledges and appurtenances to the same or appertaining and all the estate right, title and interest whatsoever which she the said Sarah hath in and to the said Messuage and tract of land and the improvements or in any part or parcel thereof. To have and to hold the said undivided one fifth part of the said messuage tract of land and the appurtenances to him the said George Warner and his heirs and assigns forever, and to or for no other use intent or purpose, but the proper use and behoof of the said George Warner and his heirs and assigns. And the said Sarah doth hereby for herself her heirs executors and Administrators covenant and agree with the said George Warner and his heirs and assigns, that she the said Sarah the premises hereby granted with the appurtenances to him the said George and his heirs and assigns against the lawful claim demand or eviction In Testimony whereof the said Sarah Milliner hath hereunto set her hand and affixed her Seal the day and year aforesaid
