I Ekeekes Indian King & ye chiefe proprietor of a Tract of Land granted to George Truett by a patent dated ye 3d of November 1660 doe by these presents sell my Right of ye sd Land wth full warranty against any Indian Claime besides my selfe unto ye said George Truett his Heirs or assignes for full sattiffaccon agreed on to my Content and doe ingage to bring wth me some of my great Men to ye Court to Confirme ye same according to ye English Law in witness my free Act have sett to my hand this 25th of June 1661 his mke Ekeek ye seale
