This cause came on to be heard on the bill and Answer &c and thereupon It is decreed and Ordered that Parker Barnes Able Teackle and William Wise or any two of them divide the following Slaves to wit. Molly, Arthur, Spencer, Tab, Agnes, Charles, Sus, & Patience whereof Richard Justice died possessed in the following manner to wit, one third part thereof to be land off and assigned to the Widow the said Rachel for her Downer, to Thomas Justice, Nancy, William, Ralph and Samuel Justice each of them one Sixth of the remaining two thirds and to Anne, Sally, Amey, and Richard Nock Children of Rachel Nock deceased the remaining Sixth part. and make return thereof to the Court for a final Decree
